I am Pedro Lázaro Rodríguez. I have a Ph.D. in Social Sciences and my research is focused on Information and Scientific Communication. My thesis was on the analysis, evaluation, and the development of tools and methods for the improvement of both public and university libraries.
I work as an Assistant Professor of Library and Information Science at the Complutense University of Madrid. As a researcher, I am a member of INFOBISOC, a research group on Information, Libraries and Society. Also, I collaborate with Secaba Lab (University of Granada) regarding the tool Secaba-Rank that I developed and implemented during my Ph.D. On the other hand, what I enjoy the most in my day to day is playing to music, re-reading, hiking and leading a vegan life style.
You can find me on ORCID, Google Scholar, Scopus, Publons, Open Science Framework, Figshare, TubEdu, Scholar Social (Mastodon), and on my Blog.
